Return & Exchange Policy – 14 Days Right to Return

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- The item must not be on the non-returnable list (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, or custom products).
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges for items that are eligible for return. If you'd prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return procedure, and we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us at info@konsensuss.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- We will confirm availability of the desired exchange item, and guide you through the process.
- The exchange item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order, in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If the item is damaged during the return shipment due to improper packaging or handling, we may not be able to process your exchange or refund.

Refunds
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
