We offer a range of custom-made jewelry, grillz, and sunglasses for sale on our website. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

  • Custom Jewelry and Grillz: Many of our products are custom-made to order. As such, production time may vary, and we provide estimated shipping times on each product page.
  • Sunglasses: All sunglasses are ready-made and typically ship within 1-3 business days.

We make every effort to display our products accurately on the Site, but there may be slight variations in color, size, and appearance due to lighting, monitor settings, or custom manufacturing processes.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order with KONSENSUSS, you are agreeing to purchase the selected products and pay for the total amount (including taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable duties). All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we have received it.
  • Payment: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment systems like PayPal and Shopify Payments. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway.
  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in USD (or your local currency) and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be added to orders where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

4. Security Deposits on Grillz

For all grillz orders, a security deposit is required at the time of purchase to initiate the custom design and production process.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that all security deposits for grillz are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change of mind. Once your deposit is made, it is considered a commitment to proceed with the custom design and manufacturing of your grillz.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your grillz will be due once the item is ready for shipment. We will notify you once your grillz are finished and provide payment instructions for the final balance.

Please ensure you are fully committed before placing your grillz order, as we will not issue refunds on the deposit after the order is placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please review our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, shipping methods, and fees. The estimated shipping time for most custom items is 3-4 weeks, while ready-made items (such as sunglasses) typically ship within 1-3 business days.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If your order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, you may incur additional shipping fees to re-ship your order.

  • International Orders: We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be applied upon delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.

  • Custom Orders: As most of our jewelry and grillz are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Ready-Made Products: For items like sunglasses, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is in unused, original condition.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus shipping fees.

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and product names, is the property of KONSENSUSS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without express permission.
