Processing Time
Most of the items in our store are custom-made to order. Because each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your item to be made and processed for shipment.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: After your order has been processed and shipped, it will typically take 5 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, please contact us at info@konsensuss.com prior to placing your order to inquire about expedited shipping options.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in processing or fulfillment.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, but please allow additional time for customs processing. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
